Maximum 4 people per groupThat’s it. Your coach knows who you are, how you move, and what you need to work on.
Individual programmesYour programme is built for you — not for the group. Everyone in the session may be doing something different.
60-minute sessionsNo fluff. No filler. Every minute is accounted for.
6-week blocks minimumConsistency is where progress lives. We don’t do drop-in culture.

It’s also for people who know 1-to-1 PT is the gold standard but want something they can commit to consistently, long term. This is the answer to that.

Why I built this

I’ve coached athletes from their first competition to international platforms. I’ve run sports programmes inside the army from scratch. I’ve watched people train for years and never really move forward — not because of effort, but because they were doing it without proper guidance.

1-to-1 coaching works. It’s the gold standard. But it’s not accessible for everyone, every week, long term. What IS accessible — and what we’re launching — is something that keeps the coaching quality high, brings in the accountability of a group, and makes consistent training something people can actually sustain.

Up to 12 spots across the time slots we’re running. This is not the kind of thing that’s going to have unlimited availability. We’re starting small and building from there.
