We offer a free taster session for Stage 1. This gives your child a chance to experience the session in a no-pressure environment before you commit to anything. Book below or get in touch if you have questions first.
Get your young athlete off the sofa and into action. A week-long adventure filled with strength-building exercises, expert coaching and lots of fun — in a safe, supportive environment.

30-minute coached class, once per week. The perfect introduction to structured movement and strength for young athletes.
Building on Stage 1 foundations. One coached session per week with developing technical skills.
Two sessions per week for accelerated development and consistency.
Two coached sessions per week. Advanced technique, sport-specific training and competition preparation.
Maximum development. Three sessions per week for athletes who are ready to push towards competition level.
