She specialises in strength training and Olympic weightlifting, supporting everyone from complete beginners to athletes preparing for competition. Her approach is centred around not just physical progress, but also developing a healthier mindset around training and creating positive, sustainable lifestyle changes.
Tess works with a wide range of clients including youth athletes, busy mums, military personnel, and older adults who want to build strength, support bone and joint health, and maintain quality of life into later years.
Inclusive coaching is at the heart of what she does. Tess has extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals and those managing chronic illness or hypermobility, adapting training to meet each person exactly where they are.
