New blog posts, upcoming events, programme news and the occasional bit of unfiltered thinking from Craig. No spam. No selling your data. Just the stuff worth knowing.
Crazy Strength was established by Craig Spicer 25+ years in strength sport, 17 years as a civilian PTI with the British Army, creator of Army Weightlifting, Coaching Lead for British Powerlifting, cancer survivor, and the person who built this place on one conviction: everyone has more in them than they think.
That’s what #BeAGoodHuman means here. It’s not a tagline it’s how we coach.
