B-Fit has been making fitness fun and welcoming since 2011. Their group fitness classes are inclusive, social and genuinely enjoyable — no one cares about your fitness level, age, size or gender. Just turn up, move and have a brilliant time. Based at The Den at Crazy Strength.

High energy, low impact dance fitness — just three simple moves per track, making it easy to follow and perfect for beginners. Mini LED tambourines give the class a party feel. Shimmy and shake your way to a better day.

Decades Reloaded

Where fitness and nostalgia meet. A high-energy, socially connected dance class set to the best beats from the sixties to the present. Proven to support good mental health. Judgement-free fitness at its finest — this class should be on prescription.

Lift Lean & Kettlebells

Strength training without the need for a fully-equipped traditional gym. These classes build real, functional strength in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Bootcamp — Outdoor Fitness

Outdoor fitness in Tidworth and Bulford. Fifteen years of bootcamp means B-Fit has a secret recipe — fun, social, and real results. They do bootcamp differently, and it shows.

El is a local Wiltshire-based birth worker, pregnancy yoga teacher and hypnobirthing instructor with a passion for empowering people through pregnancy and birth. Her classes are fun, friendly and judgement-free — and always finish with cake.
