Mobile Personal Trainer · Exercise Referral Specialist

25 years as a personal trainer and a decade as an Army Physical Training Instructor. Steven specialises in helping people aged 40–80+ build strength, reduce pain and improve long-term health. In-gym, at-home or online.

As a CrossFit Medical Society Healthcare Professional member and Exercise Referral Specialist, Steven supports clients with chronic illness, post-injury recovery and complex health needs.
