Founder of Crazy Strength and the driving force behind everything we do. Over 25 years in strength sport, 17 years as a civilian PTI with the British Army, creator of Army Weightlifting, and current Coaching Lead for British Powerlifting. A cancer survivor and public speaker who lives the #BeAGoodHuman ethos every day.
Allie is the Lead Coach at Crazy Strength, with a particular passion for developing young athletes. She has worked with many of the CUBS and youth squad members from their very first sessions, building the technical foundations and confidence that have taken them to national championship podiums.

Rae keeps Crazy Strength running behind the scenes as Business Manager. The organisational backbone of the gym — making sure everything from bookings to day-to-day operations runs smoothly so the coaches can focus on coaching.
Pip wears multiple hats at Crazy Strength — coaching weightlifting sessions, delivering CUBS junior development classes, and keeping the admin side of the club in impeccable order. Also the founder of Fox Recovery, our in-house sports massage service.
Dan brings real competitive powerlifting experience to his coaching at Crazy Strength. Technically precise and driven to get the best out of every athlete he works with, whether they’re stepping on the platform for the first time or chasing a personal best.

Lianne delivers remote weightlifting coaching for Crazy Strength athletes, providing structured programming, technique feedback and support for those who train online or can’t always make it to the gym in person.
Colin coaches in the CUBS junior development programme, helping young athletes build solid movement foundations and a genuine love for strength training. Patient, encouraging and focused on long-term development.
Bianca coaches weightlifting and plays a key role in organising Crazy Strength’s competitions and events. The combination of technical coaching expertise and events management experience makes her invaluable to the club.
