Ladies That Lift Lite has all of the movement and intention of Ladies That Lift — just without the barbells, and far less daunting. Higher rep sets, the same fundamental movement patterns, and a space that’s designed to be genuinely welcoming whether you’ve never trained before or you’re returning after time away.

Ladies That Lift Lite is a standalone once-a-week membership — not part of the main Ladies That Lift programme. Places are limited to keep the session small and properly coached. Once the spaces are gone, they’re gone.
Ladies That Lift Lite is for women who want to build strength but have found the idea of a barbell gym genuinely intimidating. For women returning after having children, after illness, after time away. For women who know they should be doing something, and want somewhere safe and supportive to start.
It’s also a brilliant stepping stone. Many women who start in Lite find themselves ready for the full Ladies That Lift programme within a few months — with the confidence and movement foundation to make the transition feel natural.
You don’t need to be fit to start. You don’t need experience. You just need to show up.
