No. Ladies That Lift is specifically designed for women who are new to strength training. We start from scratch and teach everything properly.
No. You train to your own level from day one. The session is adapted to where you are now, not where someone else is.
The coach will welcome you, explain the session and the main movements, and adjust the weights and exercises to suit you. You will not be expected to know any terminology or to lift heavy.
No. Weight is always chosen to be appropriate for you at your current stage. The focus at the start is on movement and confidence, not on numbers.
Comfortable training clothes and flat-soled shoes, trainers, or weightlifting shoes if you have them. Nothing specialist is required when you start.
Yes. Ladies That Lift is a women-only coached environment. There is no gym-floor culture, no judgement and no expectation that you already know what you are doing.
